I
am a furniture consultant specializing in management and engineering consulting to the cabinet and furniture industries. I
focus on continuous improvement resulting in greater growth and profitability. My Profile and Philosophy Areas of focus for
me include re-engineering for growth and improved profitability through Lean Manufacturing principles; continuous improvement
programs; quality management; sales and marketing; staff development and supply chain management. Our goal is to create
sound lean manufacturing companies through continuous improvement and sound strategies resulting in quality products, consistently
delivered on time and with a profit. Subsequent to receiving my Master Joinery Certificate, I spent over 35 years in the cabinet
and allied industries. My family and I came to the United States in 1979 having sold my Window manufacturing business. Since
then I spent time as Technical Director for companies allied to the furniture industry. From 1993 onwards, as President of
Woodnet Corporation, I have been engaged in consulting services. Among my accomplishments is the improved performance of cabinet
and case goods manufacturers on 3 Continents, with particularly focus on companies with 5 to 50 employees. You can be
